Trouble came early this season, but we were there to catch it. During one of our visual checks of a client’s water front property, we discovered that a third floor roof hatch had popped open. The hatch was wide open to a beautiful blue sky. This could have been a bad thing. Heavy rain was due to arrive that evening. You can imagine what could have happened. Weather gets in. Birds and animals become curious intruders. We are not patting ourselves on the back. We were just doing our job. The kudos go to the home owner who had the foresight to hire our service. Imagine if they had not done so. What would their home have looked like on the inside, when they returned in the spring? Got home watch?
