In the early morning hours, we we alerted by Sherlock, our monitoring device, of a low temperature in one client’s home. A couple of our employees were sent to investigate. They confirmed the low temperature in the home and the fact that the boiler was not working. We contacted our client’s boiler technician. Within two hours, the problem was diagnosed and repaired. The heat came back on. And this, just two days before the forecast arrival of below zero temperatures in our area. We call this our sixth save of the season. Our client called us her hero.
